Nutritional Therapy

Holistic nutritional therapy is truly about getting right to the heart of the issue, essentially healing the body naturally from the inside out, and not just working with the symptoms we can see or feel. By taking an in depth look at all possible inter-playing factors, including but not limited to, previous medical history, family history, diet, and lifestyle, we will aim to restore equilibrium to both the mind and the body, and get your journey back on the path to health well and truly started

From the start, Sophie was very detailed in requesting information about my current health , 3 day food diary, life style, vitamins, supplements intake , how much I drink each day and what I hope to achieve from the consultation.
The 3 consultations which follow where a gold mine to the do’s and don’ts of sports/ running nutrition. Sophie provided detailed information on rehydration after a race and protein / foods for recovery and training.
